Bike Riding in the South Bay

If you find yourself in LA with some free time, rent a bike and ride along the coast. It’s been one of my favorite past times despite the fact that it has been a while. Last weekend we dusted off our bikes and headed to the beach. The weather finally cooled down a bit by the beach and

by 8am it was filled with early morning riders and surfers. We started the ride in Redondo Beach and worked our way up to Marina Del Ray. It might seem like a long way to ride but it’s all flat and no head wind!
