If you prefer something different, then maybe you’d enjoy more having a daybed. Such a piece can also be built using pallets. Use them to make s sturdy base, add some metal pipes to make the side portions of the frame and you can also install casters to make the daybed more flexible.{found on prudentbaby}.

If a bench is all you need for your patio to be complete, then we have a perfect design for you. Use concrete blocks to make the supporting structures for the sides and insert wood slats through them to make the seat. Add a comfy mattress and some cushions and you’re done.

If you make a simple frame just a little big bigger than the mattress you’re planning to use, you can then make a lovely swing bed for the patio or for the garden. One of the easiest projects you can make with pallets is a coffee table. You simply paint the pallet, install casters and, depending on the size you prefer, stack two of them together and that’s about it. If you want, you can also add a glass top.

Anything can be re-purposed if you have a creative mind, even logs. Tie bunch of them together and you’ll make a side table. Put a cushion on top and you can also use it as a stool. It’s a great idea for making patio or garden furniture.

You can’t find a project that’s simpler than this. Simply take an empty milk crate, turn it upside down and you have a coffee table for your patio. You could, of course, paint it or decorate it if you want.
